2003 Winter Guard
2003 Competition Schedule, Show Information, Scores, and Pictures Page
The Live Oak High School Emerald Regime Color Guard presents a beautiful production for the 2003 season.  Complete with an intricately designed floor and colorful stage with props along the side and a ten foot wall, the nine member team brings to life a string version of the Doors song "Riders on the Storm."

The design for this arrangement by Jaz Coleman Kennedy was brought to life by Peter Gomez, a former instructor at Live Oak.  Carol Abohabatab provides ever-flowing and eye-catching choregraphy.  Chet Overstreet provides the tech work to make the show clean and crisp.  And Live Oak is proud to have Cricket Rubino stepping back into the organization to work her magic to make this season a complete success.

The guard members include:  Seniors Peggy Faulwetter, Lindsay Maples and Jessica Yearton; Juniors Amanda Tewes and Reina Kalt; Sophomores Becky Spence and Melanie Hart; Freshman Tiffany Richards; and Eight Grader Audra Sebastian.

These girls are mastering a challenging and seamless production which should be a delight to all.

As always the guard is thankful for the tireless efforts of the Booster Organization, the devoted parents (especially Jim and Sonia Richards who have built the wonderful props and Lori Faulwetter who has coordinated the ERI show) and the ever-present assistance from Dave Agaliotis (our truck driver, prop manager and number one fan.)

While several devoted fans (and family members) have agreed to lend a hand, the guard is looking for additional volunteers to act as the stage crew helping set up the props.  This is a great way to see some color guard action and have a fun evening.  Please call the band office if you are interested.

The 2003 Emerald Regime Color Guard invites you to all of their shows.  There are some breath-taking moments during their performance and you will have a broad and satisfied smile on your face even before the last note sounds.
