How is everyone doing?  Glad to see that there is a place where we can keep in contact. I am glad I was able to participate in the band program while in high school.  It taught me discipline, respect, togetherness, family values, patients and gave me another family away from home.  Now that I have a son who is 4 1/2 and a daughter who is 2 1/2. These qualities have sure helped me.  I want to take my hat off to Mike and Cricket.  For all there help, time and effort. You taught us a lot.  Thank you!! It meant a lot to all of us. 

Still smiling!  I've returned to school after a two year stint in the city of Taibei, Taiwan serving as a missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.  I'm thinking of a job in education, currently pursuing a degree in History.  Of course as mercurial as my plans have been in the past, I wouldn't be surprised if I decided to change my occupational focus to something more exciting like a Professional Ornithologist!  We'll see, no?  Write me if you remember this scrawny kid with glasses.  Thanks for your time, and remember to always check your teeth after eating Oreos

That's me, 3rd Tymp from the right in the picture from the drumline in the 70's.  Memories that will be with me the rest of my life. Who could forget carrying a tympani 5 miles in Hawaii in a wool suit? Seriously though, I have nothing but great memories from my band days. Percussion line was #1 always. Lots of hard work, but tons of fun too.

I swear I wasn't smoking pot in Miami, Mr. Rubino! :-)

THANKS Mr. Rubino!  Even though I was only in the Emerald Regime for one season (BTW, I left because you left), the experience had a great impact on my life.  That's probably why I still remember it like it was yesterday.

Thank you for your time, passion, dedication and leadership...and for teaching us how to be champions, OUR WAY!

I am writing this in for Gersh. As many of you may not know, Gersh passed away Nov.17, 2002 of an apparent heart attack. He is survived by his wife Cyndi and two girls Hannah (4) Beka (1). Aloha, it's great to see the music program is still going strong.  Some of the best memories of high school come from all the tiring practices and exhilarating competitions.  Take Care All

Yes, a web site!  I was wandering around looking for something else, and decided to see if there was a ER site.  

I'm now married, living in Washington state, and have two boys.  Been working for Compaq Computer as a software engineer the last 6 years and am currently assigned onsite with the Microsoft folks in Redmond.  

Still playing trumpet, baritone and french horn every few weeks with our local church.  

My oldest son is starting cello and my youngest is hooked on snare now that he saw a video on PBS called BLAST!  Check it out.  It would be a show worth seeing if you get the chance.

High School was some of the best years of my like due to the Emerald Regime, I loved it!
