2010 Fall Marching Season

Congratulations to the Live Oak Emerald Regime Marching Band and Color Guard!
The Emerald Regime placed first in class 1A at state championships in Fresno this weekend.  With a score of 85.2 and winning all caption awards, Best General Effect, Best Music, Best Visual, Best Color Guard, and Best Percussion.  Of the 74 bands competing this weekend the LOER was the only band to win all 5 captions.

In the 1A/2A/3A multi-class score breakdown the LOER placed 7th overall, 4th in Percussion, 3rd in Music, and 2nd in Guard.

This is their fourth year in a row to take 1st place in their class.  A big Thanks to Mr. Locsin and his staff for a great marching season.

 September Band Camp
These pictures were taken on Sunday 9/26/10. The Emerald Regime had band camp at the high school starting on Friday night (9/24/10).  After Sunday's rehearsal they had water balloon fights!  And as you can tell by the smiles on their faces they had fun pelting each other with the balloons!
