This Summer's
odoriferous event know as the Gilroy Garlic Festival was again graced by the
Live Oak Emerald Regime. We were there in force to make sure that the best
stuffed and marinated mushrooms were ready for the public.
The brushing, stemming, stuffing, and baking started early
Friday morning. The fungus fondling continued until the late hours of
Sunday.
The Team was equal to the task. Gourmet Alley saw the best
of LOER service. No hungry patron went away without their fair share.
Thanks to all the students and parents that participated
making the weekend a success. A special thank you to Richard & Gloria Lepera
and Dave Agliotis for their many hours days before and after the event.
