A special Emerald Regime 40 Year
Anniversary Party
To celebrate 40 years of Emerald Regime, we will
be hosting a special dinner party on the evening of Saturday July 2nd.
This party will serve as a celebration of the Emerald Regime throughout its
rich history and will also serve as a huge "thank you" to Mike and Cricket
Rubino for their leadership and commitment to excellence throughout the
Emerald Regime's history.
Show your Emerald Regime Videos! * Share your stories w/ an Open Mic!
In addition to dinner, we will have an audio video setup at the party, and
will be able to show videos from the Emerald Regime's rich past. We will
also have an open Mic and will invite alumni to come up and share their own
unique and entertaining Emerald Regime memories.
We will also have a video projector available at the party and will be able
to show various Emerald Regime videos from its vast history. We're
encouraging alumni from all decades to share any entertaining and/or
inspirational Emerald Regime related videos.
Note: To share your video at the party, please

With regret, we
have some sad news to pass on. On Monday, February 7th, 2011, Jim
"Papa/Grandpa" Rubino passed away. He just celebrated his 98th
birthday on Monday, January 31st. Mr. Rubino said that one of his
fondest memories was cooking for the band on numerous occasions.
The Rubino family had a memorial
celebration of life on Friday, March 4th at 3pm. Several alumni,
family and friends attended the celebration. There was a video presentation
showing the life of Papa Rubino and several people shared great stories and
fond memories of him. More information can be found on the
Emerald Regime Alumni Facebook page.
The Emerald Regime Alumni is on Facebook!
What is Facebook? Facebook is an online social utility
that connects you with the people around you. Look up old friends,
make new ones, share pictures, videos and other interests! And it's
free!
Why did we
created a Facebook page for the alumni? The current alumni
page and directory will continue to be updated. However, because this
page is static (no interaction), we decided to use Facebook as a means of
better communication between alumni.
Can anyone join?
Yes, but you need to create a Facebook account first. You will not be
able to view the contents of the alumni page on Facebook until you have a
Facebook account. It is free and easy to set up and you will be able
to control and personalize your own page.
I have a Facebook
account, now what? Click
here and request to join the Emerald Regime Alumni Page on Facebook.
