2007 Morgan Hill Independence Day Parade
The Emerald Regime Drum Line marched again this year in the annual Morgan Hill Independence Day Parade.  The drum line went on second in the parade this year.

Louis Miles Tolbert, Jr.
Louis Tolbert, a man of great charm and a good friend to many, lost his battle with cancer on September 29, 2006.  To read more about Louis, please click here.

Mr. Marty Baum By Vernon Miyata
For those of you who may not have heard, on April 9, 2003, a trusted and dearly-beloved band director passed away, leaving a legacy which spanned over forty years.  Vernon Myata has set up a permanent memorial guest book to honor J. Martin Baum at the San Jose Mercury News.  A lot of nice comments and memories have been posted.  Please click here to visit or sign the guest book and to add your own personal comments.  Thank you very much for caring.

 

History and Pictures  
The Emerald Regime History Page tells the story of the this great marching band's success and achievements over the past 35 years and includes a major performance timeline.

Divided into five albums are a collection of over 200 various alumni band pictures throughout the years.  New pictures have been added on 8/2/05

Emerald Regime Archive DVD
The first DVD of the Emerald Regime Archives box set is now available.  This volume is entitled "The Early Years" The 1970's which has restored film from 1971 - 1979.  There are candid shots, Band Reviews and Color Guard Shows from the '70's.  The field shows from 1975 - 1978 are virtually in their entirety.  What a great gift this would be for anyone who experienced the magic of the Live Oak Emerald Regime during the Golden age of marching bands.  This DVD runs 1 hour and 23 minutes and retails for $35.00. The subsequent DVD volumes are slated as "Traveling Band" (1980's), "Decade Of Change"
(1990's) and the "Emerald Regime of Today" (21st Century) release dates TBA.
